Steven Walters

Steven Walters joined Counsel Corporation in February 2007. He brings with him over 25 years of real estate experience. Steven began his career as a licensed real estate salesman in 1979, specializing in industrial leasing. He moved on to become Leasing Manager for Markborough Properties where he oversaw the lease-up of office buildings across Canada and the United States. Steven has also worked with Goldman Group as Director of Leasing and with DomGroup Properties as Director, Real Estate Operations, where he managed an extensive portfolio of retail assets. Prior to joining Counsel Steven was Director of Real Estate for Firm Capital Properties Inc., where he was responsible for leasing and repositioning residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Steven acquired his broker's license in 2002 and graduated from Wilfred Laurier University in 1979 with a business degree.
