Tammy Witherspoon joined Counsel in March 2003. Tammy began her career in Property Management with CentreCorp Management Services before moving over to O&Y Enterprise where she managed properties under the Loblaw’s portfolio. Tammy has focused her career in the management and operations of both enclosed shopping centres and community plazas across Canada. Currently, Tammy leads the property management team and oversees revenue control, recoveries and billings, rent collection, operating and capital cost budgeting, and property maintenance.

Tammy completed her RPA designation in 2007 .
