Ray Spiteri

Vice President, Leasing

Ray Spiteri joined Counsel Corporation in November 2005. Prior to joining Counsel, he held retail leasing positions with O&Y Enterprise, Cadillac Fairview, Pioneer Property Group (now Bentall Real Estate Services), and The Second Cup. Mr. Spiteri brings a complete perspective of the shopping centre industry to Counsel, having worked on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has over ten years of experience formulating and executing leasing strategies for a wide range of retail properties including standalone buildings, strip centres, power centres and enclosed shopping malls while developing a specialty in leasing challenged real estate.

Mr. Spiteri received a Bachelor of Applied Art, Applied Geography from Ryerson University and holds a Canadian Real Estate License.
