Raymond Nicolini

Mr. Raymond Nicolini has over 17 years experience in the Real Estate Brokerage industry. Mr. Nicolini entered the industry in 1989 and became a licensed Real Estate broker in 1990, specializing in ICI Real Estate with an emphasis on land development.

Mr. Nicolini joined Counsel in October of 2006 and is responsible for sourcing, and acquiring new land development opportunities along with planning and securing municipal and regulatory approvals necessary in the land development process.

Prior to joining Counsel, Mr. Nicolini ran his own Real Estate Brokerage firm, sourcing properties for clients such as developers, builders and investors. Additionally, he ran a Real Estate investment company where he took advantage of various investment opportunities that involved multi-residential and commercial ventures to new home developments, tailoring Real Estate financing investments to meet the needs of his clients.
