Madeleine Nicholls joined Counsel in September 2006. In Madeleine's 12 years in commercial real estate, she has held progressive positions in brokerage (Paradigm) and corporate leasing roles (Morguard/ O&Y Enterprise). Madeleine has focused her career on retail leasing and has taken a leading role in the redevelopment of a broad range of properties including: expansion of a 1.2 million square foot regional fashion mall, a wide variety of community enclosed shopping centres, grocery anchored community centres and single use properties. She has worked in markets across Canada including Vancouver, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Toronto.

Madeleine graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics. Since 2000 Madeleine has been a licensed real estate Broker in BC and Ontario.
