Catherine Moran

VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller

Catherine Moran joined Counsel Corporation as VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller in February 2004. Prior to joining Counsel, Ms. Moran held the position of VP of Finance, Entertainment Group for Alliance Atlantis Communications where she was responsible for the overall financial reporting and accounting for 40 companies. She has also worked for the Discovery Channel and has extensive audit experience working for Coopers and Lybrand, Rosenberg, Smith & Partners and Doane Raymond Pannell.

Ms. Moran is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, obtaining her CA designation in 1994. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce.
