Bruce Creber

Mr. Creber has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate operations. Bruce joined Counsel as V.P. Operations in January 2003, overseeing management and operations of the company's real estate portfolio. Bruce brings to Counsel a valuable depth and breadth of industry experience in such disciplines as management, administration, marketing, leasing, due diligence relating to property acquisitions and dispositions and client service. During his career, Bruce has had direct responsibility for properties in various locations across Canada. Prior to joining Counsel, Bruce was employed by O&Y Enterprise as regional manager responsible for Loblaw's properties across Ontario. Prior to that, he was employed by Cadillac Fairview Corporation and Bramalea Limited as property manager for enclosed shopping centres and Domgroup Properties involved in property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development activities. Bruce possesses multi-disciplinary skills bringing a well-rounded approach to property management and value creation. His years of experience have enabled him to develop sound management skills, which auger well as new income producing properties are acquired.

Mr. Creber majored in economics at York University completing his studies in 1981.
